When you use LaborGuard, we process the following data:
- Contract PDFs — uploaded for analysis, processed in real-time, and deleted immediately after your session ends. We do not store uploaded files.
- Chat queries — processed in real-time to generate responses. We do not log or store your questions.
- Usage analytics — anonymous page views and feature usage via Vercel Analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected.
2. What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect personal information, names, or email addresses unless you contact us directly.
- We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
- We do not sell or share any data with third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
LaborGuard uses the following third-party services to operate:
- OpenAI API — for AI-powered analysis. Contract text is sent to OpenAI for processing. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — for hosting and analytics. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
4. Data Retention
Uploaded contracts and chat queries are processed in memory and discarded immediately after the response is delivered. No contract data is written to disk or retained in any database.
